Decepticon

Nightbird

A ninja robot built by human scientists in the cartoon episode "Enter the Nightbird", then stolen and reprogrammed by the Decepticons before being locked away. Japanese fiction turned her into a recurring comedy villain, which led to a Masterpiece figure.
